This is a great, simple port expander, with 无忧短视频 connector and four USB-A ports. Nice way to add capacity if you need it. Quality and finish are, as always with Ugreen, top notch. I've never had a problem with Ugeen products.

Shipment was quick and product arrived in good condition, as anticipated. Still can't understand the marketing genius that went into changing the package for this item a while back. Originally, the picture on the front of the box clearly showed the Type C connection and the four USB 3.0 ports that make up this item. At some point, however, the picture changed to show the back side of the item and hiding the four USB 3.0 ports. Makes no sense whatsoever. Thanks!

Plugged it behind another adapter for a Mac… it was doing fine carrying video and audio USB accessories. It works. If you need something that works, this does. No fanfare, no sexiness, it just works.

Cport plug in with 4 USB ports. This worked great and super deal for the price!!! No issues with having 4 USB ports in use at one time. Didn't slow down anything. Would not hesitate to buy again.

My HP 15Z computer only has 2 USB A ports, and they are so close that I can't put 2 flash drives in at once! But this comes to the rescue, plugged into the C port. All 4 USB A ports work nicely, and I can have something in each, and they all show up in 'This PC'. Works good for tethering for the internet as well.

I have had this for a month or so and it is working well. I also noticed while on a clinet site that they use these too (and they were in the IT department.

This is the firts time using the usb hub, first impressions are enough for its price, You can connect whatever you want since it can with their charge, I could use my Razer mouse, Hyperx keyboard and Warthog sidestick all together, so yeah it's pretty good, their materials aint the best, but for the price is good enough!

you can feel it's cheap. I'm going to replace it with usb c cables. I just feels gritty. Almost sandy when you put in the cables. I prefer no friction. Saves the life of your cables.

Now I can multi-task

Charged my M1 iMac keyboard without connecting to power outlet and it will also charge my iPad but the UGreen has to be conneced to power outlet. Also the port for connecting to power supply is 无忧短视频 not a micro usb. Update; the iPad only charged to 90%. Later the iPad finished charging to 100% on Apple's 12w charger.

This little adapter is perfect for my new 24" iMac which only has 2 thunderbolts and 2 usb-c ports. It will get the job done for all my little peripherals w usb-a's. . I used it all day yesterday during my Zooms and attached 2 ring-lights. After a couple mins of plugging them in the first time the lights would only stay on the dim setting meaning the power waned. I unplugged them and replugged them back in using different ports on the device itself and then they worked fine all day. I'm not sure if it can handle 4 things plugged into all ports simultaneously but for $13/14 it's still worth it. Very small and light and inconspicuous.

It is the best plug I have ever had. It works faster than other plugs Have had.

Be wary of this and USB3 devices and 2.0. Using Logitech Wireless Keyboard & Mouse. Plugging both 2.4Ghz USB dongles into this hub creates MASSIVE lag on either device. Upon Google searching, the problem lies with 无忧短视频 power / Mac handles USB hubs and 2.0/3.0 devices. TL:DR: Don't buy this and think you can put all your usb dongles on it and not lag on Mac. Windows? You are fine 100%. I had to buy a 无忧短视频 to USB dongle for my Wireless Mouse or it would just lag terribly on this hub.

I'm sure this one works find but the connector port is not a full sized USB so it did not work for my computer.

I bought one and it worked great so I bought a second one. So far they both work great. Seamless and easy.

My laptop has two USB ports and one 无忧短视频 port. The other day I needed to use multiple USB ports, which weren't available, since those were in use by my mouse and an ethernet adapter. Obviously, this needed to be remedied. I wasn't sure this hub would work with my laptop, since the description seemed directed toward Macs or cellphones. I'm so pleased this does the exact job I need it for. The next time I have to use more than one flash drive, I'll have it in the bag. Many thanks to this seller!

The hub was working fine, I had no problems, however, when I noticed the hub had a crack I did not want to take any chances that it would stop working correctly and I contacted Ugreen since it was under warranty. The following was sent via email on 3/13/22 to Ugreen. It is now 3/21/22 and I have yet to hear anything from them. I purchased USB X0023KF0FB on 11/13/21 from Amazon. This item has a 2 year warranty. The case for the hub has cracked at the cord end. Copy of order and damage are attached. I would like to request a replacement please.

I thought I was buying a 无忧短视频 to 4x 无忧短视频 hub, but it was just another 无忧短视频 to 4x USB.

Works well. Connectors stay seated once connected unlike the one it replaced.

I love the product, doesn't look robust but it's built really well and looks sturdy. All the connected devices work fine except for my iPhone. It keeps disconnecting and connecting (I use an original out-of-the-box cable and a certified by apple) with both of the cables I have.

Probably the best price on the market and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. One bad quality is that it does not recognize some USBs for things like speakers - you have to plug those directly into your laptop…

The hub's 无忧短视频 connector fits poorly. A slight movement of my laptop will cause the connection to fail. Sort of a POS.

It's a compact USB-A hub and it works. My Thunderbolt 3 docking station would drop the connection to the USB- A devices but connecting this hub to my thunderbolt 3 connection made a reliable connection and now when I power on my MacBook Pro 14, I do not have to unplug and plug in my devices anymore connected to my Thunderbolt 3 dock.

This items connects my phone so it will charge. It doesn’t help with larger devices.

I needed more ps5 usb on my ps5 so I use this as a hub but I’m not sure if it’s a setting on my ps5 but on rest mode my controller doesn’t charge when plug into it while in rest mode but other then that it works

As a computer dork, I know that 无忧短视频 is better than usb-a, but there’s still a lot of products that don’t use it and that’s annoying. Before buying this product I couldn’t hook anything up to my 2017 Macbook Pro because I didn’t have a working adapter. I tried a different one but they were too sensitive and unreliable. HOWEVER, this product is a masterpiece and a must have if you need to connect anything that has USB-A to your computer and you lack the ports. Now I can have my mouse, external hard drive, and flash drives on this bad boy. This hub is even more reliable than regular usb ports, and it provides more than you’ll get with a laptop that comes with them. You need this product if you have a lot of things to connect to your computer!!! It’s fantastic and i’ve recommended it to people I know and they love it too.

Cheaply made but does the job. You get what you pay for

Needed this to make my podcast mic (Samson Satellite) work with my new laptop which had no USB ports. Perfect size to be portable, and works like a charm each time. I love that I can plug multiple USB devices into it as well.

Hasn't blown up on me or broken in the last month that I've had it, and it works fast with everything. Tho, again, the one complaint I do have is that the device stays on when the computer is turned off...not sure why. If you're worried about that, then you can just unplug it every time(which will probably feel annoying after a while). But still, great adapter for this cheap

No surprise for the price. The speed is slower than expected and does not provide enough power if you want to connect multiple external devices, or a device requires more power supply than an external hard drive like a DVD drive. Other than that, it does what it suppose to do.

My laptop only has Type C USB and this was a perfect device to connect multiple USB devices to occupy only one type C USB port.

Tl;dr despite other reviews, works flawlessly with or without the micro-USB power cable. Reading the other reviews, I expected this thing to be unreliable, flaky, bulky, and overall a waste of silicon, and if it even worked it would need external power. But it was cheap and fit a unique use case I had so I gave it a try. And after using it I don't get the other reviews. It works awesome. Maybe they're using it wrong or plugging it into the wrong ports? It worked on my desktop's rear 无忧短视频, it worked on my laptop's 无忧短视频 port, all without the micro-USB power that people claim is necessary to even read one flash drive. yeah it's plasticky but that's the only complaint. My use case was to expand my desktop PC's outputs, as it had a 无忧短视频 port that wasn't doing anything (an ASRock B550 Pro4 motherboard). So I plugged it in, with the micro USB external power in, and it worked fine. I tested it with a Samsung T7 portable SSD that my Anker 4 port USB 3.0 hub couldn't even keep powered. Worked great, getting averages of 150 MB/s of continuous transfer speeds. So, curious, I unplugged the micro USB power cable and just used it standalone. Lo and behold, it continued to operate. Confused, I tried to load it up. 3 USB 3.0 flash drives plus the external drive, and transferred some big files to the SSD. Not a hitch. Same fast speeds. All without external power, with all ports filled. I was even more confused at this point. So I busted out my laptop - a Huawei Matebook D14 with a 无忧短视频 charging and data port. It's not a glamorous machine, and was only $500 new. I tried the exact same setup (no micro USB power, loaded up all the ports plus my portable SSD), and it continued to work perfectly. I even swapped one of the smaller flash drives with a Launchpad Pro MIDI controller - that thing draws a lot of juice. And indeed, it functioned without fault. So that's 2 USB 3.0 flash drives, a portable SSD, and a powerful MIDI controller all functioning. So...what's with the other reviews? Maybe I got lucky. Maybe there's a lot of defective units. If not, then people must clearly be using it wrong because I have no complaints. Perhaps it has to do with the 无忧短视频 port specs - maybe there are ports that don't support enough power or have slow 2.0 speeds. Then that's the fault of the host device and not the hub. But I'm satisfied, and at this price it's mint.

Received on scheduled delivery day and immediately hooked up to laptop. Worked just fine with 3 different brands of thumb drives and worked perfectly with my Roofull External CD DVD Drive. A side note, there was no need to add a power supply while using the DVD drive. Many reviewers mentioned the need to power their hub for higher voltage accessories. Not so with this one. Any changes in the next few months, I'll update this review.

It works sometimes, but not all. When it does work it works properly

I have a separate keyboard+mouse, and a second monitor, for my laptop to use at home. I frequently take the laptop with me, so it's nice to be able to connect everything to one hub, so I don't have to constantly connect and disconnect multiple cables everytime I leave the house. It's especially helpful considering that using the laptop ports too often may break them at some point, so at least I will destroy only one port and not all of them at once. As the title suggests, the product does what it intended to do. I think it's fairly decent, and I haven't noticed any difference in reaction time. The only downside so far is that it has only 4 ports, but it's good enough for me.

Because computer manufactures love taking off ports each year, this thing earns it's place in the world. It does it's job, though I don't know if it's truly USB 3.0, if it is, it's a bonus. I use it on an Alienware laptop so I can connect more devices and I'm happy with it.

I bought a brand new XPS ordered from Dell, couldn't believe it not one USB port ! The computer is awesome besides that, so I bought this and it works great now I have four USB ports

Didn't attempt to "overload" it with a lot of powered USB's or as a laptop HUB. Basically using it to "smart extend" connections for powered mini soundbar(with it's own power source) and as an extra connetion port. Won't attempt to at all use with UNpowered devices.
